  4. The user/visitor will be notified of the receipt of his/her complaint within three (3) days.
  5. Then, his/her complaint will be investigated and his/her case will be examined.
  6. Then, through an email discussion, AMMA CTEATIONS LTD will try to resolve his/her complaint and, if necessary, a confirmation email will be sent.
  7. If the user/visitor does not wish to discuss, AMMA CTEATIONS LTD will send a detailed written response, including Law Firm’s suggestions, in order to get his/her matter resolved, within twenty-one (21) days.
